AI dominates the headlines, yet many businesses still feel it isn’t ready to deliver real results. AWS isn’t always perceived as the clear AI leader—even though it powers groundbreaking innovation for many of the world’s most influential companies. The Run-Ready AI campaign shifts that perception by showing AWS AI as production-ready, trusted, and already powering the organizations people rely on every day.

The campaign uses the visual metaphor of stalled moments: tension builds in frozen scenes that represent AI’s unrealized potential. Then AWS sparks the breakthrough—setting everything back into motion. Filmed with cinematic realism, each moment captures the instant when AI stops being a promise and starts delivering real-world impact.

On social, we have the opportunity to add deeper proof to our AI claims—going more technical on what we mean by Run-Ready AI and how AWS tools and services help businesses innovate.


Digital

We extended the Run-Ready metaphor into our digital assets, using AI to generate 100% of the creative —unlocking visuals that would be difficult and expense to achieve on a live action shoot. The work ran as rich media banners across premium publishers including The New York Times, Wired, The Wall Street Journal, and ESPN, reaching business decision-makers and IT leaders.


Scalable
Campaign
System

This campaign required a different approach than our typical process. Normally, my advertising team works end-to-end—concepting and producing campaigns from strategy through final execution. But this time, the challenge wasn’t just to create a single campaign. It was to build a scalable campaign system.

Our goal was to empower lower-funnel marketing teams to adapt and extend the work themselves across future initiatives. To do this, we developed a clear and detailed brand guidelines on how assets should be built, ensuring consistency while still allowing teams the flexibility to tailor messaging for their needs.

Alongside the creative system, we partnered with engineering to implement a backend AI tool called Centra. This allowed marketers to generate campaign assets using our core creative imagery—automatically scaling them across thousands of sizes, languages, and copy variations depending on audience and channel. The result was a system that preserved the integrity of the campaign while enabling teams around the world to efficiently create and deploy assets at scale.
